A
When you cough or sneeze, please turn your head away from others and cover your mouth with the full part of your hand. Afterwards, you should say, 'Excuse me.” This is a rule I set for my students.
It is so simple, but many kids have never been told to do this. In fact, I notice adults cough and sneeze in public without putting a hand over the mouth. I hate travelling by subway(地铁)in New York during cold and flu season, because it is certain that someone is going to stand right behind me and cough or sneeze on my neck.
One important thing I point out to the kids is that after they sneeze or cough on their hand, they should wash their hands as soon as possible. Otherwise, they will be passing those germs(病菌)along to everything and everyone they touch.
In order to help the kids remember this rule, I tell them about an old story. It says that when you sneeze, evil spirits jump into your body. If you don't cover your mouth, the spirits will enter, but if you cover your mouth, you will keep them out, We say 'God bless you' when someone sneezes, and in Germany you should say 'Gesundheit'. That means 'Good health to you.' Both expressions are said just in case you didn't cover your mouth in time and the spirits were able to enter your body. The kids love finding out the origins(起源)of these expressions and it encourages them to put the advice to use more often.

Now QQ coins are popular among Chinese teenagers. People use real money to buy Web money. Then they buy clothes for their online characters or services for their online pets with it. And these fancy things will cost QQ fans more in the future.

Dear Kate,
My first stop in London was Buckingham Palace. Kings and queens and their families have lived in Buckingham Palace since 1837. Queen Victoria made Buckingham Palace her home in 1837. But it was not big enough for all her guests. More importantly, it was not big enough for all the children she planned to have, so she made the palace bigger and bigger.
I saw a parade at Buckingham Palace this morning. It's called the Changing of the Guard. It's fascinating. The guards wear interesting uniforms with red coats and tall hats. Since 1660, the kings and queens of England have had these special guards to protect them.
The ceremony(仪式) lasted about 45 minutes. The new guards marched to the palace with a band to replace the old guards. They did this in a colourful ceremony with music. It's interesting that they played both traditional music and popular songs. The Changing of Guard takes place in front of Buckingham Palace every day in spring and summer, and every two days in autumn and winter.
I went to the Houses of Parliament after I saw the Changing of the Guard. What are the Houses of Parliament? Well, I guess the country's leaders meet there to discuss important decisions.
Next to the Houses of Parliament stands a tall clock tower. Most people call it Big Ben. You know what? The name Big Ben does not refer to the clock tower. Big Ben is actually the 13-ton bell inside it!
Take care!
